Jerry and his team were ahead of the curve at every turn...Carol was available every time we had questions and always had the answer. As with any experience there were times that we had to defer to the experts but we never felt out of the loop or in over our heads because the process was explained in detail and when we didn't understand something our questions were answered clearly and without hesitation.
