Everyone on Jerry's team is very friendly, yet extremely professional. I was always kept well informed on their progress, which is very important given how "painful" the mortgage process can be. The Fowler team at BankSouth Mortgage are simply the best. After our original lender made a procedural error on our loan 9 days out from closing, Jerry and his team closed our loan the day after our original closing date. Plus if you’re buying property at Lake Oconee you need a local lender and BSM is the one to go with. They are amazing and know the market better than anyone else.
