Everyone on Jerry's team is very friendly, yet extremely professional. I was always kept well informed on their progress, which is very important given how "painful" the mortgage process can be. However, best of all was the fantastic rate that I was able to obtain! The Fowler team at BankSouth Mortgage are simply the best. After our original lender made a procedural error on our loan 9 days out from closing, Jerry and his team closed our loan the day after our original closing date. Plus if you’re buying property at Lake Oconee you need a local lender and BSM is the one to go with. They are amazing and know the market better than anyone else.
