I am sure our experience was different than most. Our home purchase was during one of the busiest times for the home buying market. We hit some bumps along the way, making it seem that we would never make it to the finish line. But with every bump, Jerry was very understanding of our frustration and always had a solution. Our only true negative feedback would be, the unanswered questions that were sent to the processing side of the mortgage dept. Overall we had a good outcome.
