I had a great experience with Churchill for the vast majority of the process of buying our first home. However, there was a last minute transaction which posted immediately before closing which we were unaware of and as we were traveling across the country it almost delayed closing. We should have been made aware of this unexpected charge. I don't know if this is typical, but it will come into consideration when it comes to using Churchill again.
