Jessica undermined every cliche concept I had of a loan officer. She earned our trust very quickly with transparency, an approachable demeanor and quick/proactive communication. We were feeling nervous and unsure one night around 10 pm, and she responded to texts and took our call without a hint of frustration or annoyance in her voice.
