Jessica made the process really easy to understand. She laid out the numbers (which could be complicated since we were doing a small HELOC to avoid having a jumbo size loan) in a clear and easy way to understand. She was responsive. While I was talking to multiple mortgage lenders, Jessica was the only one who took the time to explain the process, her role, and how she could help me.
