Contacted several companies to get our driveway maintained and Jet Black responded right away and provided a quote promptly. Only one other company got back to me and it was weeks later! Jet Black was able to get the work done earlier than expected and the guys did a great job. Our driveway was awful and now looks great!
This company has HORRIBLE customer service!!! My husband called a month ago and left a voicemail message to ask for an estimate and they never even bothered to call him back. I called 3 weeks ago and was told an estimate would be provided in two days. I had to call back a week later because no estimate was provided. Jet Black has been taking excellent care of our 2 driveways for many years. This year was no exception. Tracy called to let me know when I was scheduled, the guys arrived on time and took great care to make sure it turned out well, especially around our new cedar fence line. I felt bad that it was the hottest weather we've seen in June in forever but they powered through! I'm pleased with the results and would recommend Jet Black to anyone!!
Jet Black did a beautiful job on our driveway. They were very professional and cleaned up everything. They sealed cracks and space between garage door. We think they did a fantastic job and are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend Jet Black!
Excellent service and also excellent communication between us and Jet Black. Returned within 1 week to fix areas that had been washed out after heavy rainfall the night after original service was performed. They went above and beyond expectations and did great job for us and our neighbors. We Recommend without reservations!
