Jhoana did good but that was not an option and rating Great would have set the level higher then i would have liked...forms of communication could have been better...seemed that she had a lot going on both with the office move and electrical issues at home at times and so timeliness on responses was not up to par...we were consistently told we were very fast on getting things back to them but then we were told there was possibility we may not close on the day we planned.

Jhoana has always explained things very well. she will go over it & over it if you are having trouble understanding any part of the loan process. Jhoana was amazing! First, she was able to get us a mortgage when EVERYONE else said it couldn't be done. She was very gracious, professional and reassuring as we repeatedly called her day and night asking the same questions over and over. I would recommend Jhoana and her team to anyone!
