Jhoana and I have now collaborated on several mortgages. We have a friendly working relationship, and I feel she is in my corner. She's become part of the team I've come to rely on for the home buying and renting program. I am not so sure I would get that same feeling from a large lending institution. Jhoana also has a great staff working with her, particularly Wendy Radford, who is friendly and patient as well. If I purchase any more properties, I will be contacting Jhoana for sure.
