Johoana was great, very friendly and easy to talk to! IF there was a "GOOD" response to choose, I would choose that over "Just OK." The communication was our biggest challenge/frustration. We were more than diligent in getting the team everything they asked for, however the communication back and forth was less than efficient, often times delayed and inconsistent. Totally understand we are not the only clients, but we did expect better and more efficient communication through the process.
