Jhoana always answered or returned my calls swiftly. She was very knowledgeable, and she worked within my circumstances to make this house happen. All I had to do was sign the paperwork. Awesome!

We did not work with Jhoana we dealt with Wes. A per named I believe Rick Migano did not inform us on a Friday of our closing until 1 hour before. We live at n Foley and he closing was in Dr Peter’s and on a Friday. We were told that he was supposed to call us at 10 AM that morning. We could’ve been out of town or very far away from home and we may not have made it to our closing. His communication was terrible. I honestly did not feel like the customer. The lack of communication between team members was unsettling to say the least. Seemed very inefficient and put us in a situation where we had to answer the same question on multiple occasions.

To complete the process of purchasing my home the process was about two months long. Throughout this process, I spoke to Mrs. Jhoana only twice. When her team (JoJo Team) emailed me asking for documents I immediately sent them over. However, a week or so would pass before someone else from JoJo's team would email me and ask for the same documents. In addition, when myself or my realtor emailed asking for clarity on something there was a sense of attitude for example "per my last email".

ProActive Communication. We were very upfront in that out down payment was to come from the sale of our house. 3 weeks before closing I had to call to see what plan B was because our house had not sold and she was aware it was not sold. I did not hear anything back until I reached back out 1 week before closing at which point we had to scramble to figure out a plan. Not all of this is Jhoana's fault however had she been upfront and proactive I would have had time to plan instead of react.
