they did a good job overall I had three trucks . they over estimated the amount on the last truck it was 1/4 to 1/3 of a truck . they charged me for between 1/2 & 3/4 of a truck.
Never got an estimate (book them 4 days in advance) until the day of the service, literally one hour prior to set schedule. Price way to much to remove a mattress and boxspring $175 plus tax. Sadly left me with no time to reschedule with anyone else.

We are sorry to hear you were not happy with pricing and appreciate hearing your feedback. When you scheduled service online you selected a "free on-site estimate". Our pricing includes two men labor, and the cost to dispose and transport your items.
The jiffy junk workers arrived on time, they introduce themselves, they said good morning, they provided business card and they got to work. They removed everything I asked them to. they asked if anything I needed to keep they cleaned up afterwards and they even removed a small stump that was behind the shed I give them five stars.
Bait and switch..told them i may want whole truck..showed up with a truck 1/4 empty..then an empty truck shows up...i go to get cash and when i get back they r shoving my stuff in the 1/4 space..empty truck gone...charging way too much..left alot of stuff they could have taken...awful.
