As always, I'm very satisfied with my visit.
Dental hygenist/cleaner is great.
The cost of services is very high. I wish the percentage for paying cash were larger. Crystal is amazing. I appreciate being asked for my feedback. I've rarely been asked for it with medical providers (since we started with Kaiser, we are routinely asked.)
I think you handled the power outage (from the storm) as well as anyone could, and rescheduling to complete the treatment was within a week, which was sooner than expected, under the circumstances. Also, Christie was especially attentive and personable through it all.
Kim, Katherine, Abby were all welcoming, kind, patient and professional. I'm 83 and have long experience with dental care and this the most outstanding I've seen.
I especially enjoyed Jennifer. She was direct with explanations, courteous in her administration of Xrays, always engaging in conversation. There was some confusion regarding the transfer of my records from Dr. Leon's office. The office staff greeting space was small and gloomy in appearance...overhead lighting is an obstacle. Perhaps desk lighting nearer the desk top would ease their tasks. Kim was clear in her information and when I later called to delay my appointment date.
We love Abby and Dr. Price! We recommend Dr Price to everyone :)
Everyone was professional and treats me like a friend.... I LOVE coming to the dentist!!!!
