I was surprised to have my porcelain crowns polished. I mentioned ahead of time they were there and the hygienist said there was a special Polish for porcelain. That was a first.

This was a good visit. The previous visit was a bit rushed with Dr. Price out of office and some sort of dental emergency coming in - I felt I only got a standard cleaning on that visit and no periodontal measurements were taken - but I was still charged the full fee. I pay directly for each visit so I really pay attention to the costs! Overall, I'm very pleased with your office and the service.

There appear to be a few glitches in the reminder system. I replied to your text but also received a call that you hadn't heard from me. This isn't the first time I've had issues--earlier this year no messages went out at all. So there's at least some progress!

Chrystal, Dr. Price, Christine - the entire staff - all wonderful and Excellent at what they do! Have been a client in this office since I returned to Portland in 2000. I have had some major dental work done, and the practitioners I was referred to were also excellent! I have referred at least 2 or 3 people to this office and I will continue to do so. Thank you all for your excellent care!
