Response time = A+ Rates = A+ Service = A+ The only area of improvement I'd say was the appraiser who cancelled the first trip and had to reschedule due to personal matter. Who knows if it was really personal or not but I had taken the day off work and was a little agitated that I need to take another day. Needless to say, not the fault of the lender.
