Jim asked me to write this review and I am delighted to do so. I've worked with Jim twice myself and twice with siblings so 4 times total for the family. Jim is extremely bright, fun and knows his stuff. He manages the loan process well and makes sure all of his staff is on top of it. I almost closed my refinance Quicken since they were the first to call me, but after doing a little research on their operation and talking with Jim, I decided against them. Jim answered all my questions about fees and showed me how a "No Cost Loan" that Quicken was pushing was really a High Cost Loan overtime and had multiple fees buried in the loan that I didn't notice at first.
