It has been a great pleasure working with Jim. He helped us jump through the loan requirement hoops, was always available to answer any of our questions, and had a wealth of knowledge and solid advice. We own deveral homes, but this porchase was by far the most stressful, but I think it would have been 1000x worse if I didn't have Jim helping me along the way. Not only do I recommend Jim, but if you're a homebuyer I absolutely insist you work with Jim. Thank you for everything, I am so grateful for you !
Jim is a great communicator and was able to make some of the more confusing aspects of the mortgage process easily understandable. It was also helpful that he was always available if needed--at any time. I am thankful for having Jim on our side throughout the home buying process.
