Jim was very knowledgeable and moved the process forward. The underwriters were somewhat 'sticklers' for someone as myself that has excellent credit.

My loan process was very smooth. Great rate, but just as importantly the communication along the way was outstanding. All questions were answered very quickly. Very satisfied with all aspects of the loan process. Would most certainly use again.
