Tony....we try to be easy to deal with, because we know when our customers are concerned they may need a transmission replacement they need a friend, or at least someone who cares. It can be a big investment that may temporarily change their lives. We have had more than one customer explain they're spending their vacation money on the repair. In your case, your F150 didn't empty your bank account since it was a relatively minor repair. Best of luck in the future.....Gary J.

Thank you for the 5 star review Raj. You brought your Corolla in thinking the transmission was slipping and our diagnosis revealed the engine was not performing up to its potential making it feel like a slip. We did discover, however, the transmission had a leak & we added 1 1/2 quarts of fluid. Please keep an eye on the fluid level because you will damage the transmission when you operate it more than a quart low. Check it with the engine running, transmission in park and your car on level ground. Please call or stop by if you have any questions. Gary J.

Thank you Kristina for taking your time to leave us a review. Your 2011 Edge didn't need a transmission but needed the component attached to it that sends the power to all 4 wheels. As you know, its called a transfer case and is also known as a PTU (power takeoff unit). It is important to your bank account to ALWAYS ask the people doing your oil changes to check the lube level in everything under your car. Never assume they do it automatically. The number one reason for transfer case failure is running it too low of lube. Its your money and no one will guard it as well as you.....with one exception.....your friends at Jim Jennings Transmissions. Whenever you have a question about your car, call or stop by. Thanks again from all of us at Jim Jennings!

John, your Rav4 was a challenge but you were incredibly patient with us and we "licked it". The greatest problem as you know, is the removal & re-installation of a Rave4 transmission is 18 hours. We wish the engineers that design cars & trucks had to work on them.... they might design them differently. Thank you for your kind words, patience and great review. Gary!

Thank you Carol. We strive to go the extra mile for our awesome customers. We were happy for your decision to protect your Jeep with an extended warranty when you bought it. Your out-of-pocket cost was a small fraction of what it would have been had you not had the warranty. Speaking of extended warranties, we strongly suggest you buy or borrow a label maker & place a label with the expiration date/miles in the upper left corner of your windshield as well as next to your gas gauge. Then....... bring it in to have the transmission checked-out before it expires. We've had too many customers come in a few days or a few miles after their warranty expired. We all forget! Use labels to help save you thousands of dollars. Thanks again for the 5 star rating.

Reggie, by averages, you should never need to replace a transmission in any vehicle in the future. We installed a used transmission your Infinity in 2016 and now we rebuilt your Dodge Ram in December. Remember to use us to advise you on future purchases so you reduce the possibility of a third transmission. Thank you for being our customer and letting others know the trust you've placed in us. Gary!
