Tony....we try to be easy to deal with, because we know when our customers are concerned they may need a transmission replacement they need a friend, or at least someone who cares. It can be a big investment that may temporarily change their lives. We have had more than one customer explain they're spending their vacation money on the repair. You brought your Corolla in thinking the transmission was slipping and our diagnosis revealed the engine was not performing up to its potential making it feel like a slip. We did discover, however, the transmission had a leak & we added 1 1/2 quarts of fluid. Please keep an eye on the fluid level because you will damage the transmission when you operate it more than a quart low. Thank you Kristina for taking your time to leave us a review. Your 2011 Edge didn't need a transmission but needed the component attached to it that sends the power to all 4 wheels. As you know, its called a transfer case and is also known as a PTU (power takeoff unit). It is important to your bank account to ALWAYS ask the people doing your oil changes to check the lube level in everything under your car. Never assume they do it automatically. There was an issue with the replaced transmission (manufacturer's fault, not Jim Jennings). Jim JenningsTransmissions stood behind their work, bent over backwards to accommodate me, and gave me a loaner car without any questions. Prices were on par with the dealership, but their customer service was excellent, a rarity these days. I would actually rate them 4.5 out of 5, and would recommend them to anyone.

John, your Rav4 was a challenge but you were incredibly patient with us and we "licked it". The greatest problem as you know, is the removal & re-installation of a Rave4 transmission is 18 hours. This is my 2nd vehicle to have a transmission replaced by Jim Jennings, and as before I'm very pleased. This time I had my 2013 RAM trans rebuilt, and it's way better than factory. I definitely made the right decision.
