Jim Jennings Transmissions

I brought my car in for what initially was a small leak. After the technician at Jim Jennings examined it he found a larger problem and advised me of the problem and the cost. I agreed that it needed to be done. The next day JC called me and told me that there was a larger problem and there were 2 options. 1 being a band aid and the other being a long term fix. The 2nd was a significant increase in price. He asked me to come to the shop and they would show me what they found. I brought a friend more knowledgeable about this then I am. The technician and JC went over the entire situation and my friend agreed that the long term fix was the best avenue. When I picked up the car and drove it home there were small problems I noticed. I called JC and he told me to bring the car back. They fixed the problems at no cost and got my car back to me quickly. The service and integrity in which they conduct business goes above and beyond. I would recommend Jim Jennings to anyone needing transmission work on there vehicle. Thank you all for the great work.

From the start to the finish the experience was positive, informative and met every expectation. I worked with the team on finding the transmission they were fully transparent on the cost and install fees etc. Once we found a transmission that was available the order to install process was very easy. I was satisfied with the service. What I did not like was that I had to keep calling about the status of the car. I thought That I should be contacted by the service person instead of the other way around to find out what was going on.

I have always been pleased with the service I get at Jim Jennings. I scheduled our car for a Monday and the work was completed on Monday, as promised. I hate making an appointment for a particular day and then having the car sit there getting the sunshine treatment. (While I am without the use of one of my vehicles) Jim Jennings never "sells up" the service, they are honest, dependable and professional. No one else gets their hands on my transmissions.
