I had an excellent experience. I really appreciated the time that the service advisor spent explaining the work to be performed, even though our conversation went past closing hours. Jim Jennings came recommended from a co-worker. Unfortunately I wasn’t ready to start the diagnostic process so I made an appointment for the next day, I drove my Suburban home and that was the last trip. Next morning vehicle wouldn’t move. I called in the early AM to leave a message, I was surprised when Gary Jennings answered my call. I wanted to advise them that I wouldn’t be able to make my appointment due to breaking down. Absolutely amazing!! My '02 F-150 with 145K miles wasn't operating quite right. JC and his guys diagnosed and repaired it to "brand new". It's amazing the way my truck drives now. I absolutely would recommend Jim Jennings to everyone! Just an FYI, the repair and service was less than $1K. Amazing!!

JJT has worked on my transmission twice. Couldn't be more pleased. My wife had her non-drivable 2001 vehicle taken there and learned that its transmission needed $3,000 in repairs. She decided that she wanted a new, dependable vehicle. A service rep attempted to sell her the repairs because the vehicle had low mileage, a good body, etc. She rebuffed his advice but he wouldn't quit and she got bugged.
