Many aspects of the process were positive: quick and prompt response to questions; the online application; the costs of the loan (our rate recieved an unexpected discount .5pt); closing on time. The parts that were not positive were mainly about communication and follow-through. Each time a disclosure came out that didn't not reflect the loan amount we requested, we communicated that and were asked in the end the numbers would be what we requested. The final numbers were not what we requested.

Low rate and low closing fees were excellent. Because it was so slow to close (I understand not your fault), a text or email every week of so letting me know things are on track would have been nice. I had to reach out to your support staff for updates. I would recommend your service though. Thanks!
