I had a great experience at this dealership. Especially with Alondra Rodriguez ! She was very helpful and willing to work with me. She was able to get me the car I wanted and I haven't had any problems since I purchased the vehicles! Highly recommend this dealership more specifically Alondra Rodriguez!

My experience at Jimmy the boxer was exceptional. From walking into the dealership being greeted outside by Carlton was very impressing to me. Carlton walked me thru every step of the way. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the car buying process. Thanks again to Carlton and Jimmy the Boxer for getting me into my dream car. Carlton has exceptional customer service skills.

I had a wonderful salesman named Tim he work my deal.until I was really satisfied jimmy was hands on with the whole process love this place they are wonderful group.of team work if u are in need a car this is the best place in town come check them out you won't be disappointed

5.0 Excellent experience with Jimmy the Boxer Auto Mall. Tim worked with me to get me a reliable and affordable payment. My credit is not the best and funds was short but Tim worked it out with Jimmy the Boxer. I now have a 2018 Nissan Rogue with extremely low mileage and looks great. I also want to give a shout out the the finance guy Mac. He was great also. Thanks guys for all your help. I will be referring family and friends. Jenine

Let me say it again. Do not purchase your car from here. The customer service is HORRIBLE. It took over 2hrs for a regular oil change. The entire time I was sitting waiting patiently, not once did anyone ask if I was alright, if I needed any further help, or even ask if I had been assisted. Every staff member has some kind of attitude. This establishment should not be in a customer service based field because customers are the least of their concern. Do your research and take my advice... go somewhere else!

This is a joke. The money that is spent on advertising should be put into truly helping the community they so diligently exploit. For starters the people working are decent, trying to make a living like the next person. So they cannot be at fault 100%. However they try to say their helping the community but in all actuality take full advantage of them. You come in for an appointment to be sitting for hours and hours, basically a full shift. I arrived and checked, my sales rep inquired on what type of car I was interested in. I explained that I wanted to get all of the financing and paperwork completed. Aaron said great let’s get started have you ever been here before? Yes I worked with Joey and was told that because my current car note was over due I wasn’t able to get a car and to get a co-signer due to low credit. Worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. To start the front desk person was on her phone and didn't even notice I had come up to the desk for a good 2 minutes. Than the sales person didn't want to do anything so he said I can't help you and made up excuses for why he couldn't. The manager made an inappropriate comment. But it's all good I was able to get help at another dealership.
