No HAPPY experience here !!! So I finally got my vehicle back again. 1st time they kept it for a lil over week' 2 weeks. Car smelled, key doesn't automatically lock viechle when you walk away from the car. ( This is a 2020 viechle) not programmed correctly and front camera not working correctly ( error on dashboard). They are scams and sold me a lemon … and they are bullies on contracts. I won’t ever recommend this place to anybody .
So I Can't believe this ... I have to take my SUV back again today after I get off after working another 12 hours, so they can fix what they were suppose to fix when they had it for 2 weeks.. The dash board still says fix front camera and it smells of weed and cigarettes... This is why they claim to to have kept it for 2 1/2 weeks. I just purchased this vehicle less than a month and have only driven it 4 times. They have had the vehicle MORE THAN ME.. I don’t understand the great reviews. My son bought a car in September, it broke down the beginning of November. They’ve had the car for months, saying they’re going to fix it, yet they haven’t and keep giving my son the run around! He was told it’d be done weeks ago then every week, when promised it’d be fixed, they tell him it’ll be another week! My son has been making car payments on a car that he cannot even drive because Jimmy the boxer has yet to keep his word! It looks like it may be time to get our Attorney involved.... read more
I went to jimmy the boxer auto mall to get a car i did the paperwork got approved by jimmy himself for a lincoln mkc he said it will be inspected on thursday that was 3 weeks ago they told me they were waiting on a part that still isn't here as of today 3/1/22.. the customer service is horrible and i wouldnt recommend anyone to them.
I didn't have a good experience with jimmy the boxer. I had to put my own information in the computer when i got there. I was told to do a repossession on my car because i can't trade. And i would have to put down 5,000.00 down payment for one of there cars. Unbelievable! Waited months to go to jimmy boxer (heard the commercials on the radio) got there, and it was a waste of time. Wont be returning.
They have false advertisement get the keys pay later no credit good credit bad credit it's not true I couldn't even leave with a Hyundai Elantra I didn't even feel comfortable talkin to the dealers
Very disappointed! Went there last week to try to trade in a vehicle that I got from JD Byrider a few years ago. At the time I only had $1,000 to put down and my credit score is 600. I basically was told that I needed a co-signer with an job or 28,000(promising to pay a remaining 1,200) & I could walk away with the car that I wanted. I went back today with the money required because I really want to get out of this JD Byrider vehicle & the deal was no longer offered.
