This is the third refinance that James has done for us. He has called us each time the rates have dropped over the last several years. Our interest rate has dropped from 4.25% to 2.75% which has saved us tens of thousands of dollars a year. The only personal contact we have had was when the loan documents were signed, which was especially good during the pandemic.
