The people were honest and transparent. I also found them friendly and professional. I liked the use of technology (through the app) which made the process very easy and simple. This can be a stressful process and the team made it easy.

We have had atleast five refinances done with James Weber on two different propertys over the ln last twelve years. We always appreciate his personal attention and professionalism. He is awesome. On the last refi had a question on the signing of the documents 10: 00 pm our time ,which was 1:00am his time he still answered his phone and helped us. We would not even think of going anywhere else.
