RecommendedWe've been there twice. The venue is amazing. Food is good. A bit pricier than what I am used to, but you're paying for the atmosphere, which is superb. It is a great place to see a jazz or blues musician or band. We've seen Duke Robillard band and Janiva Magness band. Highly recommend.
Fantastic night here! Great atmosphere, food, service and show. Our server Annie was so great. The artist, Paula Cole, was incredible! I can’t wait to go back!
The venue, city of Portsmouth, show we saw was all an incredible experience. This was our first time and we saw Herbie Hancock. We’re super devoted fans. Excellent acoustics, great atmosphere and receptive audience…staff was accommodating. We will very definitely come back for more shows. Thanks!

Love the intimate venue and acoustics. Food and beverages great and staff friendly and attentive. Seating is by ticket number so you can choose where you prefer to sit. Excellent seating map. Fun time ! Lots of music variety offered at reasonable prices! Recommend Jimmy’s highly.
This was a special night out. Food was of great quality and staff was friendly and accommodating. I had the Beef Filet and it melted in your mouth. I would recommend Jimmy Jazz as a special treat

What a great spot to have in Portsmouth. In first year so many great musicians.Saw Amy Helm, Nate Smith w Kin Folk and just this past weekend The Weight Band. Acoustics are superb. The line up at Jimmy’s in year one has been top notch, and it keeps getting better. Table service is great, such a nice way to see great love music in Portsmouth and walk to if local. The venue is amazing.
What an awesome evening we had. The food, service, and music were great.
