RecommendedIncredible experience at this venue. I was extremely impressed by the friendly & welcoming staff who welcomed me immediately and showed me where to go. The whole atmosphere & decor was so sophisticated and classy, I really appreciate the announcement to keep conversations to a minimum to allow for a listening environment. Will definitely be returning!
Our first time at Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club was on 10/9. We were very impressed with the set up, decor, service and sound. The performance of Victor Wainwright and the train was amazing! Our favorite Venue now!

Jimmy's is a wonderful club in a fabulous town. They have created a classic jazz venue of the highest caliber. It's a great place for dinner and drinks before the show, too. I've been only once to see Patrick Zimmerli featuring Chris Potter. They put on a transcendent performance. I highly recommend a stay in Portsmouth for a picturesque vacation with great entertainment at a soon to be legendary jazz house.
