J and J installed a new roof and the whole process went very smoothly. The initial presentation was informative and all my questions were answered. The price quoted and timeframe for completion were both reasonable. The staff at J and J and roof workers were friendly and efficient and the job was finished within 2 days. I was happy with the results.

The representative thoroughly explained exactly what work would be performed and then provided a detailed written estimate of the cost. Once we accepted it, we were immediately contacted to schedule a date on which to have the work performed.
