We had tile added above the backsplash in our kitchen and new vinyl plank flooring installed on our entire first level. Our total experience with the products, service and installation were first rate. My wife and I agree that Jerry and his staff did an outstanding job from beginning to end. We would highly recommend them to anyone seeking flooring, carpeting or related products.
Jerry was fantastic to work with when updating the carpet in our Municipal Building. He knew exactly what type of carpet to replace the old carpet with and supplied me with a couple options of colors to fit perfectly in the room. Jerry made the process easy and simple, as well as Debbie's communication. All around great job!!
We had carpet installed throughout the majority of the main floor of the house. The carpet itself is beautiful--exactly what we wanted. But it was the installation crew that made the biggest impression. They were prompt, efficient, skilled, and respectful. They were there over a three day period, and before they left each day, they cleaned the work area thoroughly, and left the house looking just fine. We were very impressed with the entire transaction from sales assistance to installation.
Our installers really did a quality job. Couldn't be more pleased. And they didn't leave a mess for us to clean up. Covid-19 is a grave concern for us. We are not only older but we both have health concerns that put us at risk of not surviving this virus. The installers continually wore masks and we wore masks for their protection too. And we realize working while wearing a mask can't be fun. I hope they get a raise!!!!!!
JM Carpet put in our first carpet 20 yrs ago in our new custom home and were very happy with how long it lasted and quality of installation.. Jerry the owner was again awesome to work with 20 yrs later! Made the selection process a breeze. Had done the measuring so knew what i was looking for and had samples narrowed down for me when i got there...Was in and out in 10 min with samples. Scheduling was easy. Great flooring and terrific pricing. Customer services is above average and they address issues right away. Second time using their company and plan to use them for all our flooring needs.
The staff at JM Carpets has open ears and open minds. They listen to you and provide valuable information and options. Justin and Amy were very knowledgable and had shown us a large array of different flooring.
