Had carpet installed about a year ago and have had problems with it ever since. wish i would have kept my 12 year old carpet instead of getting new from JM. first off it was expensive, second its as hard as a rock even with memory foam padding, have had problems with smell coming from the carpet even after getting it professionally cleaned. lady came out to smell and insulated me saying i was lying about my dog having accidents on the carpet, had to ask her to leave because of how she was treating me.
