J&M Pools has outstanding customer service. Big thanks to Bob and the team. Especially to Brandon and Richard who worked on our pool's plumbing most of the day on the Fourth of July and to Patricia for dealing with my home warranty company. Great communication throughout the process. Highly recommend these folks.
After being down for two years my parents pool turned into a swamp. 4 visits from J & M pool and the water is crystal clear and looks amazing and without pumping out the water and refilling it. I never thought it would happen. Thank you Jacob, Bob,and Ben.
I just want to thank everyone at this company. Ben rich Bob and heather they did a great job fixing my pool and cleaning it. Especially heather she stayed later to work on my pool to clean it so I could save money on having another visit thank you guys
We were in a situation where we were buying a new house. We had J&M inspect the pool and discovered there was quite a bit of work needed. Patrick understood our financial situation, with us just moving in and gave us a quote. I checked with 3 other companies as well and know one came close to meeting J&M's quote. Once they began everything went just as they said it would. Excellent communication and excellent service!. We will be staying with these guys. Now we are ready for the Summer.
I am so pleased with the replacement of our pool surface. Jacob and his team were very thorough and knowledgeable about the pool finishes! I would HIGHLY recommend their services. Every question was answered and their wasn’t a time that I felt unsure of their professionalism. Their crew made sure everything was cleaned and perfect to the very end! Thank you so much for your hard work. I couldn’t be happier with our new pool look.

Absolutely the best!! I have used J & M for several years now and have always had excellent service. Everyone I have worked with at J & M are GREAT!! Had a service call today, Brandon and Dillion came out first thing this morning and fixed the issue. Very professional and courteous. They never disappoint.

Another successful pool opening. For those of you wondering if the monthly cover maintenance is worth the extra expense, I say absolutely!!!! The opening was Monday, had a cleanup visit today and the pool is pristine. I live in the middle of a wooded lot and " pool-keeping" is a challenge to say the least. J and M never disappoints. And thank you, Derrick and Devonte, for keeping the pool swim worthy!
