After being down for two years my parents pool turned into a swamp. 4 visits from J & M pool and the water is crystal clear and looks amazing and without pumping out the water and refilling it. I never thought it would happen. Thank you Jacob, Bob,and Ben.
I just want to thank everyone at this company. Ben rich Bob and heather they did a great job fixing my pool and cleaning it. Especially heather she stayed later to work on my pool to clean it so I could save money on having another visit thank you guys
We were in a situation where we were buying a new house. We had J&M inspect the pool and discovered there was quite a bit of work needed. Patrick understood our financial situation, with us just moving in and gave us a quote. I checked with 3 other companies as well and know one came close to meeting J&M's quote. Once they began everything went just as they said it would. Excellent communication and excellent service!. We will be staying with these guys. Now we are ready for the Summer.
I am so pleased with the replacement of our pool surface. Jacob and his team were very thorough and knowledgeable about the pool finishes! I would HIGHLY recommend their services. Every question was answered and their wasn’t a time that I felt unsure of their professionalism. Their crew made sure everything was cleaned and perfect to the very end! Thank you so much for your hard work. I couldn’t be happier with our new pool look.
