We chose J&M to build our pool, primarily because of the level of responsiveness in the planning stages. We initially contacted several companies, and were a little dismayed by the lack of professionalism and communication we kept experiencing. Patrick showed up when he said he was going to, and was the only one who continued to follow up and answer questions after the initial quote was given. Michael & Steve did a excellent job with our new liner and getting our pool back up useable and in a timely fashion. Steve communicated with us the entire process during the renovation and installation of the liner. He even let us be involved in the process with input. This is the best pool service I've had in 18 years. Rich is our guy. He shows up on time EVERY week. For those of you who haven't had pool service, this is unheard of. The pool is perfect. I would highly recommend this service.
We had J&M Pools service our pool this summer and Bryan came to our house. The pool looks amazing! Bryan was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. this crew is extremely professional and always smiling!! they even wanted. to trim some weeds away from our pump ( my husband was mortified )in , as to avoid future issues. we have had a sparkling, clear pool all year, and especially while going through chemo and after surgery. best exercise for recovery!! thank you guys, for watching out for us old folks!!
