Excellent customer service from customer service rep Katherine Montoya! After initially receiving an incorrect model, the company immediately sent a correct one. Sending the return via FedEx has been problematic (FedEx's problems, NOT Neonetics) but Katherine has been extremely helpful in dealing with that too. I would highly recommend this company, since they appear to really care about their customers.

Love the clock. It's a gift, so we haven't plugged it in yet, but I anticipate that the recipient will be very happy. After receiving an incorrect clock initially, the company immediately moved to rectify the situation. FedEx has been bouncing around the return for a while now, but the company and especially their customer service rep Katherine Montoya, have been working to get that settled. Great company and VERY responsive to the customer.
