Great service. Ed Molano did a great job answering all my questions to ensure the SJ-35 Bridge Jack would meet all my requirements given I have a different brand storage lift. I contacted a customer service rep later and requested a delay in shipping my SJ-35 Bridge Jack because of an urgent family matter. Rep said she would notify "manufacturer" (she couldn't tell me who manufacture was, thus I assumed it was someone at JMC) and I would receive a call back to confirm my request. Machine was available and delivered on-time. Regional Sales Manager from Corghi, Glenn Bitter was on-site the day after we uncrated the machine to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. The Corghi 1800 is a BEAST and very robust and will serve our shop well as we begin a tire mounting program with a new OE customer. Machine has more torque than any of the other 4 Heavy Duty machines we have in our shop.
