Quick and to the point.
Mark was hands down the best customer service agent within the automotive aftermarket segment I have done business with. Buying shop equipment isn't always "fun", but Mark made sure I was informed and confident in my purchase the whole step of the way.
Overall, a good experience. I did have to contact Customer Service to get shipping information as the order was not updated automatically. The CS reps were great and got with the shippers to get the info quickly.
Business response:
Good option for a good price. Good buy for me but does not sit all the way down in my Challenger lift due to the difference in the rails. Not a big deal and should still work for me.
