Once a while they will send their ads to my mailbox. On 9/4 around 10am, I got bombarded 3 emails from State Farm, G**** with a partner M********** * *********. An agent call & text me 4 times about car insurance quotes. According to State Farm site, they claimed we provided our own info but I NEVER provided info about me! How they got my info?! It scary. The next day I did email them telling them remove my info & don't contact me ever again. I will see if that will do anything
State Farm screwed me over. They sent a check for $2500 to reimburse me for an emergency tree removal after a microburst took my tree down and hit two cars. I cashed the check and paid off the $2500 I had put on my credit card for the tree removal. Days later, I discovered I was negative that amount in my checking account. I called to inquire and was told by my bank that State Farm had cancelled the check. Why send it if you’re going to cancel it days later? Now I have to deal with overdraft fees and stress. Do not waste your time with them. We have shingles flying off of our roof every times it’s windy, water is now pouring into my home every time it rains, and they have denied us help. We pay our insurance on time every single month, so this feels like a slap in the face when our roof is causing internal damage to my home and they keep pocketing our money and telling us our roof is fine. It was a bad dream. Never treated like this before. They are so rude with costumers. They need to learn more math for both, self and costumers. Till now they know only their 50%

Canceled my policy that was auto payment for a non updated phone number. They emailed me twice which went to my spam and I didn’t know it. I called after finding it. To late. No notice no nothing. Then tried to tell me they needed to know who lived at my address and who drove. My two daughters and i. Of which im the only driver’s license holder. They ain’t on my policy for that reason. Bogus excuses. Told me they would see about reactivating my insurance that had been canceled three days ago and call me back. Still waiting

Do not go with this company...they will take your money and don't pay when you have a claim...left my family and I stuck out during a hurricane..I'm pregnant with children..they'll definitely hear from my lawyer when my state gets back up and running

I changed insurance company and state farm with drew my payment which they shouldn't have and it's been over a month and still no refund.
filed a claim on my roof for storm damage may 2021. had over 50 missing shingles and several more that were loose and had one area of the roof which was leaking inside to the sheetrock roof in the kitchen causing water damage. had my contractor come out and we started the process. at first things seemed to be going along fine. my contrator assured me the roof needed to be replaced. everything turned when state farms inspector came to job. inspector agreed 100 % with my contractor then filed a total different report with thei... read more
I have been with State Farm for years but will be shopping for new insurance now! We had a hail storm come through on June 18th. My contractor said I had hail damage to my roof, gutters and vinyl siding. The first adjuster said I had damage to my only the gutters on the front of my house. No hail damage to my roof and NEVER even looked at my siding. Contractor came out and took pictures and submitted to my agent. They assigned a new adjuster to my case.
