This was the second property we purchased through Churchill Mortgage. The process was smooth and easy. The online document tracker noting the status of the mortgage and items still needed was helpful. Joanna and her team returned calls or responded via email to inquiries same day. We will definitely use or refer Churchill Mortgage in the future.

Joanna always communicated and explained what was going on. In my mind it might have been what she should have done but it always seemed like she went above and beyond with us. It was not an easy closing because we were out of the country at the time and she made it work for us. She is the best.
