This is my second home purchase through Churchill and using Joanna. Both times she has been extremely pleasant to work with, and very forgiving to any questions asked no matter how elementary they may seem. Every question asked was answered in full and explained Into terms that are very easy to understand for those who are new to process. Although I plan to stay in my new home for a very long time, if I were to buy another, Joanna would be the first one I'd call.
