Jodi helped us with a refinance on a BMR. She knew all the ins and outs and was very helpful. She’s great at what she does.
Jodi and Silvia were extremely helpful in our mortgage refinance process. Jodi was readily available and willing to answer whatever questions we had. She encouraged questions and also provided her expert advice in comparing available options for us. We only had to do so little on our part and they made the process as painless as possible. We were always told about the next step it felt like you had a coach by your side. We are extremely satisfied with their service.
Jodi went out of her way to help me purchase my first house after my divorce. She and her assistant were always available by phone or email...even while on vacation in Scotland. It was very obvious that they care about their customers and take good care of them!

Jodi and Silvia worked extra hard for us when at the last minute we had to provide updated information to the loan broker. They were supportive, understanding and very effective at getting the loan approval to go through in less time then expected. We closed escrow early!
