She encouraged questions and also provided her expert advice in comparing available options for us. We only had to do so little on our part and they made the process as painless as possible. We were always told about the next step it felt like you had a coach by your side. We are extremely satisfied with their service.
Jodi went out of her way to help me purchase my first house after my divorce. She and her assistant were always available by phone or email...even while on vacation in Scotland. It was very obvious that they care about their customers and take good care of them!
