Joe and his team went above and beyond to help us obtain our mortgage in roughly a two week timeframe. They were highly responsive and communicative. That said, there were instances where speed led to errors (e.g. we received a loan summary for the incorrect address, closings documents weren't thoroughly reviewed) which is why I can't give a 10/10 score.
