I think all was good and positive, communication was well. Suggestion: At the beginning, it would be great to have an informative call, covering basics. I mean REAL basics. For those who do not have any idea of the terminology, entities involved, the process, even the role of proper rate (the lender!). It might be redundant for many customers, but it can be really helpful for some.
