Vendor through my home warranty provider. Had an apt scheduled for Monday morning. The technician never called me to confirm he would be late. I had to call the office where they advised that he was running an hour late and would be by before noon. An hour after that I get another call that the technician was running behind again and would be by later on that day. I don't know how an 8-10 am apt gets pushed back by almost 8 hours but would have been nice to know they would not be available on this day so I didn't have to tak... read more
