Called for an appointment for my grandma, office staff got us in quickly. Thankful for that! Only downside is they sent a tech who not only was the friendliest but who seemed in a rush and seemed annoyed when my grandma was asking questions.. mind you she knows nothing about a/c. Prices are good. Would not want Francisco for any further work. Please make sure your technicians are in a great mood when servicing that can cause future problems.

BE AWARE OF DAMAGED PRODUCT: I was scheduled for install today and the guys came out on time within the window. They mentioned they forgot a part. There was miscommunication on our end and I had appointment to go to at 11:30 and the guys came at 9. I made them aware and asked if would be an issue. They thought it would work out until it didn’t. I called Joe Cool on a Saturday cost $120.00 for service call, I was told the blower cage needs replacing for $180 more and they took the cage with the motor and blower wheel with them, Monday tech puts new cage in and was shaking so bad he turned off the unit, he said I needed a new blower wheel and would have the office call me for a price.
