has been 1 year since Joe Cools installed a new inverter heat pump system and metal spiral ductwork in our house in Kingsbury, Texas. we had 5 bids for this project. 4 bids were completely out of our price range, nothing we could afford. Joe Cools brought a bid we could live with. There were challenges. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The technicians were so helpful and efficient with quoting and installation. The office staff was so kind when I called with questions or to schedule an appointment.

They came explained the current thermostat and how the heat pump works. They replaced the current thermostat only because I had asked the one that they had installed would have done the same job Very nice informative and responsive ac people
