The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly find our problem. We also signed up for a service plan to have our unit serviced twice this year. They were quick to respond when we first called. Would recommend them to others.

I have used Joe Cools a few times now for service foe the ac at my office, and they never disappoint. All the techs that have been out are prompt, professional and keep me in the loop. The owner has also been out himself when he was short staffed and he is very professional. Their rates are very fair and they go out of their way.
