Joe was very patient when we didn't understand some of the information regarding our loan. His communication was wonderful and responded appropriately.
Joe kept in touch with us through out the loan process. He was kind to both my wife and I. He talked to my wife very well. I have had people talk to me and leave her out of the conversation. Joe’s communication style was excellent and when rates do go down he said he would call me. We felt taken care of as Joe is an expert in his field and that was very evident. Of the seven homes we have purchased this was the best loan experience we have had.
