My wife and I have worked with Joe for over an 8 year span and every time we work together we are pleased. He's always so quick to respond and get whatever needed to get done, done. As always I refer my family and friends whenever a loan officer is needed. Movement is wicked lucky to have him. No other Loan officer we would go to if we refinance or buy and sell again. I was referred to Joe through my realtor. At first I was looking at a rehab loan to bring back a Victorian to its former grandeur. I had visions of sanding floors and custom cabinets all around with a wine cellar and a game room. Joe Galvin is amazing! His knowledge, compassion, drive and willingness to work unyielding to get our mortgage processed in a very short time is beyond compare! He seamlessly stepped into in our house buying process when another lender fell apart. I can't say enough wonderful things about him. I was so impressed with how much he accomplished in a short time but more impressed with how he cared to help my family. It is all thanks to Joe that my children have a place to call home.

I'll start by saying I am a tough file. I own 4 businesses, and I don't have any earned (w-2) income. I'm also a real estate broker, so I was more picky on my loans than the traditional buyer. I had my renovation loan with another loan officer who always seemed "close" to getting it done, but 4 months later, I knew it was time to pull it, especially when Joe kept on me about it.
