As always, Joe Myers Mazda provided excellent service. The communication and explanations weee excellent and I really felt taken care of the whole time. Tony even made sure I could use one of the sales offices when I had to take a zoom call for work! When a part had to be ordered they gave me a loaner vehicle which wa much appreciated
online booking appointment was a breeze, you can wait at the dealership with coffee or water free, they send a text update and a video link (which is most important for me to save) of the full circle inspection. Overall took almost 2hrs door in - door out from Mazda.
Service tech was helpful and kept me informed throughout the service. He also ordered my courtesy ride so I could pick up my vehicle when it was ready.
Had great interaction with Jeriel. He was very informative and helpful throughout the entire transaction. I bought my first Mazda from Joe Meyers Mazda in 2011. It had 260000 miles and still drove great. I would still be driving it had a neighbor not backed into the front and it was totaled. I am so far very happy with my new ‘25 CX 50!!
