I brought my 2012 Sequoia to Joe Myers Toyota because of a broken fuel pump, and a rear hatch opening issue. Jonathan Sosa is my Service Advisor, and he is always extremely friendly, readily answers all my questions and is excellent technically! He gave me the estimated costs up front, kept me updated on my vehicle status throughout the service and reviewed all the work performed with me.
